Austin engagement photography is beautiful in the evenings. There are so many picturesque places to go. Megan and David are a playful couple with a bit of a traditional side to them. They got engaged along the banks of Town Lake. So, of course, we had to go there and trip around the park and trees. But, they also like to get dressed up and these two polish up like a new penny. The Renaissance Hotel at the Arboretum was the grand setting for Prathyusha and Neal’s gorgeous Hindu wedding. Picture it: The groom rode up on a white horse, the bride was absolutely stunning, bejeweled and serene, the guests were both reverent and jubilant. There was even a playful tussle over a shoe… Sae Cho and I were honored to photograph this wedding and it was a day that we will not forget.

Megan’s bridal shoot started at Sullivan’s in Austin. I don’t know if they had ever been asked to have a bride photographed there but they were very accommodating. Thanks, Sullivan’s! I hear your steaks and seafood are amazing. Megan was radiant. She has the classic beauty of a movie starlet from decades past. She also has the sassy personality that makes bridal photography fun!
